People's Vaccine Alliance Campaign

Project Name: People Vaccine Alliance Campaign Project Background NFN in partnership with ActionAid International Nepal has successfully implemented " People's Vaccine Alliance Campaign". The project fulfilled the objectives of producing necessary evidence on vaccine inequality and advocate for vaccine equality in Nepal and express solidarity in global campaign of people's vaccine alliance. Under the People’s Vaccine Alliance Campaign (PVA) project, the research and analysis to highlight the situation of marginalized and vulnerable community was accomplished. This research was conducted at three geo-location of Nepal including Mountain, Hilly and Tarai regions. The research was conducted with marginalized and vulnerable community. The province level research highlights sharing event was conducted at Bagmati Province. The research report and the Policy brief paper published. Additionally, The Federal and province level round table discussion meetings (3 meetings) were conducted in different timeframe. The main objectives of the round table discussions were to discuss country context on vaccine inequality, way forward and advocate for vaccine equality in Nepal. The round table discussion were conducted with the CSOs leaders, community people, health personnel from GoN, consumer forum and others members of CSOs and different organization and alliance/ federations. The consultation meeting with Youth also accomplished during project period.
